1. Service Content
1.1 Service Scope
We provide services based on the generation of AI, including but not limited to the generation of AI services based on open-source models such as DeepSeek.
1.2 Service Features
- (a) AI generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable, users need to judge its suitability themselves
- (b) Service response time may be affected by network and system load factors
- (c) Service output content does not represent the views of this platform
1.3 Service Changes
We reserve the right to adjust, add, or terminate services due to reasons such as technological iteration, changes in laws and regulations, etc. Significant changes will be notified through announcements, emails, and other means.
1.4 Service Guarantee
We will take necessary measures to ensure the security and stability of the platform, and improve and enhance the technology to ensure your product and service experience.
2. Account Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
- (a) You must be at least 18 years old or, if you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement under the guidance of your legal guardian, and use the service after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian.
- (b) Provide real and valid email and other necessary information. Users are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of registration information. Update registration information in a timely manner and do not use the service under the name of another person.
- (c) Prohibit bulk registration and false registration.
2.2 Account Security
- (a) Users are responsible for the actions taken on their accounts.
- (b) If you discover any unusual activity, please report it immediately to EdgeNextAISupport@edgenext.com.
2.3 Account Cancellation
- (a) Through account settings or written application to cancel the account
- (b) After cancellation, the transaction records and other information still need to be saved according to the law.
- (c) When the account still has a balance or unpaid services, it will be handled according to the rules.
